From a romantic proposal to a lifetime commitment: Shresthashree and Deepak's love story on OriyaMatrimony

The last day of 2020 marked the beginning of a new phase in the lives of Shresthashree and Deepak. The man went down on his knee to propose to the love of his life and the lady couldn't contain the joy she felt in her heart.

Deepak is a Doctor, who met Shrestha, a Scientist, through OriyaMatrimony. Speaking of how their love story started, Shresthashree said, "It was on December 31st when Deepak and I went for dinner at a restaurant after connecting through OriyaMatrimony. It was a beautiful candle-light dinner.

We ordered our favourite dishes but for every dish they served, they also gave a chocolate and a rose. I was a bit confused but I knew something was going on. Then when the ice cream was served, he suddenly went down on his knee and popped the question. I went speechless and I immediately accepted his proposal."

When asked what made him fall in love with Shresthashree, Deepak said, "Shrestha is a passionate girl who is focused on her profession. Her being career-oriented is what attracted me in the first place. Being a scientist is a challenging profession and takes up a lot of time but she never misses prioritizing us."
